Every plan is structured around the CQC’s own Single Assessment Framework — the same framework inspectors use. We map your findings directly to quality statements and KLOEs.

We pull your inspection record directly from the CQC public register via API, ensuring your plan is built on your actual findings — not a generic profile of your service type.
