Refund Policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and cancellation terms.

This Refund Policy sets out when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on CQCLogic (cqclogic.co.uk and app.cqclogic.co.uk), operated by CQCLogic Ltd.

We want every customer to be satisfied with their improvement plan. If you are not, we will make it right.

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our improvement plans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We do not require you to explain your reason for requesting a refund, though your feedback is always welcome as it helps us improve our service.

2. One-time plan purchases

Core plans (Recovery Core, RI Core, Good Core) are one-time purchases. The refund policy for these is:

  • Within 30 days of purchase — full refund, no questions asked
  • After 30 days — refunds at our discretion, reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Your improvement plan will remain accessible in your dashboard until the refund is processed. After a refund is issued, access to your plan will be removed within 24 hours.

3. Subscription plans

Compliance Tracker and Bundle subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The following applies:

3.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your subscription features until that date.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period, except where required by law or within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.

3.2 First payment — 30-day guarantee

If you cancel and request a refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment, we will refund that first payment in full. This guarantee applies to the first payment only.

3.3 Subsequent payments

After the first 30-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to continue, cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

4. Bundle plans

Bundle plans include a one-time Core plan charge and a recurring monthly subscription charge. The refund policy applies separately to each component:

  • The one-time Core plan charge is refundable within 30 days
  • The first monthly subscription charge is refundable within 30 days
  • Subsequent monthly subscription charges follow the standard subscription refund policy

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us by email at hello@cqclogic.co.uk with:

  • Your name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your Stripe payment reference (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • A brief description of your request (optional but helpful)

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within one business day and process approved refunds within three business days.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Stripe typically takes 5 to 10 business days to return funds to your account, depending on your card issuer.

We cannot process refunds to a different card or bank account than the one used for the original purchase.

7. Exceptions and special circumstances

7.1 Plan generation failure

If we are unable to generate your improvement plan due to a technical error on our side, we will either regenerate it at no additional charge or issue a full refund, regardless of the 30-day window.

7.2 Duplicate payments

If you are charged twice for the same plan or subscription due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full immediately upon identification.

7.3 Discretionary refunds

Outside of the standard 30-day window, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

8. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use rather than business use), you may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Note that by requesting delivery of a digital product (your improvement plan) immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that your 14-day statutory cancellation right may be affected. Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides broader protection than the statutory right in most cases.
