What is the Insight Plan and what does it include?+
The Insight Plan is our free tier — no credit card, no password, no time limit. You get your top 3 priority improvement actions mapped to your actual CQC inspection findings, plus a task tracker to mark those actions complete and add notes. It never expires. Upgrade to a full plan when you are ready to unlock all 23+ actions.
Do I need a subscription to get an improvement plan?+
No. The Core plan is a one-time purchase that includes your complete improvement plan. A subscription (Compliance Tracker or Bundle) is only needed for team task management, the optional daily overdue email, mock inspection questions, readiness score, and the oversight dashboard.
What is the re-inspection planning window?+
It gives an indicative planning window for your next inspection, based on your rating and last inspection date. CQC does not publish fixed re-inspection intervals and decides timing by risk, so it can come earlier or later than the window. Treat it as a planning guide, not a prediction. It is included in all paid Core plans.
Can I start on the free Insight Plan and upgrade later?+
Yes — and this is exactly how most providers use CQCLogic. Start free to see the quality of your improvement actions. When you are ready for the full plan, upgrade from inside the app. Your account and the 3 tasks you have already worked on carry over automatically.
What is the mock inspection question bank?+

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Your Core plan and improvement plan are yours permanently regardless of subscription status.
How many locations are included in each plan?+
