Common questions
Can I add locations to my group account over time?+
Yes. You can start with 2 locations and add more as you grow. Your discount tier updates automatically when you cross the 3 or 5 location threshold. Contact us and we'll adjust your billing accordingly.
Does each location need its own improvement plan?+
Yes — each CQC-registered location has its own inspection report and findings, so each needs its own improvement plan. The group discount applies to each plan purchase. The Compliance Tracker subscription covers all your locations under a single flat-rate subscription.
Can different managers access different locations?+
Yes. Each team member is assigned to specific locations. Registered managers see only their service. Oversight managers and group directors can see all locations from one dashboard.
Is there a minimum commitment for group pricing?+
No minimum commitment beyond the subscription period. Cancel anytime. Improvement plans are one-time purchases and are yours to keep regardless of subscription status.
Can we pay by invoice rather than card?+
