Waitlist signups are not automatically converted to founding members. Founding member status is confirmed when you complete your first purchase. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — 12 remain.
Does the 25% discount apply to my subscription as well? +
No — the 25% discount applies to the improvement plan (one-time purchase) only. Your subscription gets three months completely free, after which it moves to the standard rate of £99/month. This keeps the platform sustainable so we can continue building.
What happens when my three free months end? +
You’ll receive an email reminder 14 days before your free period ends. You can cancel before then with no obligation. If you continue, your card is charged £99/month — the same rate as all other subscribers.
If I need a new plan in future, do I still get 25% off? +
Yes. The 25% discount on the improvement plan is permanent — it applies to every plan purchase under your founding member account. Even if we raise the standard price, you always pay 25% below the then-current rate.
Can I cancel and still keep my founding member status? +
Yes. Your founding member badge and improvement plan discount are tied to your account, not your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, you rejoin at standard subscription pricing — but your plan discount remains intact.
What if I’m not satisfied? +
If your improvement plan doesn’t address your specific inspection findings, contact us and we’ll revise it. For the subscription, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no phone calls required.
